Please note, as the pathway is naturally steep and cliffside, children must be supervised at all times for their safety in this self-catered retreat. Along the private pathway to the beach, discover our Signature Pergola—an intimate sanctuary perfect for secluded dining, sun-soaked lounging, or simply escaping with a cherished book.

Access to the beach is available via a private path, featuring a lockable gate for your convenience and peace of mind. While the property offers excellent seclusion, please note that neighboring villas — each designed with their own exclusivity — are situated in the area, and some outdoor spaces, may be lightly overlooked from a distance. The lower level unveils an exclusive Wellness Area, reserved for the privileged few—featuring a fully equipped gym with yoga mats, treadmill, static bike, elliptical machine, Smart TV 40’, Marshall Bluetooth speaker, and minibar, alongside a sauna, shower and steam bath for moments of indulgent restoration. Adjacent to the Wellness Area, a curated Wine Cellar offers a selection of some of Greece’s finest vintages, available for guests to enjoy at an additional charge per bottle. A cozy cinema lounge with reclining sofa, Sonos speakers, minibar, Nespresso machine, kettle, 65” Smart TV with Apple TV, and PlayStation 5 promises leisurely enjoyment. This space opens onto a sea-view terrace complete with loungers, a basketball hoop and a ping pong table, gently leading towards the private path to the secluded beach. The last bedroom of the Villa located on the lower floor, boasts a Queen Size bed (1,60×2,00) and it is embellished with an en suite bathroom, boasting a walk-in, overhead rainfall shower with cabin. The most significant advantage; the bedroom also boasts a kitchen (including electric stove & hobs, fridge with freezer, sink, kettle, coffee machine).
